Stoverly's I Got It From My Momma
"Fergie"
* * FOR SALE * *
This Is my pick puppy female from the litter. She is full of spunk and attitude. She is a bit short in leg just
like her mom and thats how she got her registered name. It was just very fitting. She is a fun puppy who
is the first of the bunch to learn how to leap up onto the furniture. She is very athletic and smart, and loves
her toys. She's going through the puppy ugly stage where her body doesn't quite fit together. But we
know she's a nice puppy and she'll look good again in a few months when all her limbs come back
together!

We decided to place Fergie on a co-own . She will be much happier with less competition for attention.

This litter is staying much smaller than I expected. For "standard" sized
Aussies, these guys are Mini Sized for sure. At almost 4 months old Fergie
is just 11.5 inches tall and weighs just 9.4 pounds. Tiny little spit fire she is!
This is one of those times as a breeder you have
to sit back and make some not so easy
decisions. We love Fergie and she is a loving
member of the family often sleeping on the couch
with me at night while I'm tending to the smaller
puppies.
In our home she has to fight for attention and she
is an attention hog. She is a drama queen and
likes to be the center of our world. We are finding
it hard to give her all the attention she wants and
sometimes that attention is as simple as a belly
rub without 4-5 other dogs sticking their nose in
the way. Unfortunately for her I can not neglect the
rest to just make her happy. She needs a family
who wants to spoil a puppy rotten.

Fergie is just like her mother Noel. She LOVES
everyone to a fault. She is more lab like in her
affection of people and other animals than most
Aussies. It's not proper for the breed standard,
but it makes a fabulous family pet.

Fergie LOVES to learn, learning means she's got
your attention and she'll do anything to keep your
attention.  She is very food motivated and we are
finding it very easy to work with her to teach her
the basic obedience commands. She gets better
and better everyday.

We take Fergie for a short walk every day to and
from the bus stop or to and from the mail box to
get her used to walking n a leash. We live in the
country so we don't have a lot of walking
opportunities so we do what we can. She walks
very well.

Fergie is extremely playful and LOVES her toys.
She will play with just about anything we ask her
to. She is a very fun interactive puppy.

Fergie is crate trained. She goes in when we ask
her to and stays quietly for a reasonable amount
of time. However she really doesn't like the crate
and only goes in because we ask her to. If she is
left in for too long she will bark. If she is in the
crate and there are fun things happening without
her, she will bark. As long as you let her out when
she asks she is quiet. If you ignore her or your not
home and she has to potty, she will continue to
bark which makes her very unsuitable for an
apartment or condo setting.

That is about her only down side is the potential
for barking. As long as she is loose with us, she
is very quiet, although she does bark when she is
playing with the other dogs which is very normal.

Fergie is a show/breed quality puppy. She could
finish her championship easily enough.

I am only placing Fergie as a co-own so that I
may use her in my breeding program in the future.
She is not being offered as a pet to be altered.

She comes with a standard puppy pack but if you
would like an adult sized crate with bedding we
will provide that for an extra $100.

Too meet Fergie or to discuss her further, contact
us any time.

Visitors always welcome.
